BoundaryCare is a service that turns an Apple Watch into a full-featured PERS, wellness monitoring, and communications device for everyone from individual families to large assisted living or special needs providers. How it works: A member wears an Apple Watch with BoundaryCare installed. The app automatically transmits data which then is fed to real-time alerts, dashboards, and advanced tools for front-line caregivers, case managers, and families.
