It allows organizations to quickly create and deploy customized digital form templates for use on tablet and smartphone device in the field. These templates include the ability to capture basic information as well as photos, barcodes, signature capture, GPS and other forms of enhanced media. They also include business logic to guide field staff through their jobs and eliminate errors and omissions. Using the Mobile Forms App, available for Android and IOS, field users can complete new forms, save drafts, receive work orders (Prefilled forms) and access their sent for history.

As information is submitted in the field, office staff will have the ability to review, edit and approve the information in real time. Additionally, workflow can be configured with business logic that takes automatically takes action on submitted forms as they arrive. All changes in workflow are documented for auditing purposes.

Field2Base makes it easy to visualize the data being collected by the remote workforce. With engaging dashboards consisting of graphs, pivot tables, charts, heatmaps and more, organizations can easily understand the information arriving from the field and make real time decisions.
