BeWhere is a Mobile Internet of Things (“M-IOT”) solutions company that designs and sells hardware with sensors and software applications to track real-time information on non-powered fixed and movable assets, as well as monitor environmental conditions. The company develops mobile applications, middle-ware and cloud-based solutions that stand-alone or that can be readily integrated with existing software. BeWhere’ solutions are cutting edge, using the latest available cellular technologies (LTE-M and NB-IoT) and offering customers low-cost sophisticated technology to implement a new level of visibility to their businesses. BeWhere's most sold products are the BeTen and the BeSol, two tiny asset trackers, solar or battery powered, used to track any equipment, from trailer to container; with a battery up to 10 years.

Services

Solar Rechargeable LTE-M/NB-IoT: Ideal for outdoor tracking use cases where the device has exposure to daylight. Standard 15 minute updates when moving and 2x per day when stationary. Trailer tracking, construction and trade services are easy places to start

Battery Powered LTE-M/NB-IoT: For applications where you can't guarantee exposure to daylight but can still get GPS. Standard TMo configuration is 1 to 4 updates per day allowing users to set the time of the first update. At that frequency, you're looking at 4 to 7+ years before batteries need to be replaced. For lean teams managing many assets, sometimes is just better to see where equipment is than chase people or paper to find out where things are.

The BeMini is a miniaturized version of our standard low-power 5G battery-powered asset tracker (the BeTen) which already fits in the palm of your hand. Aside from the compact size, it has all sensors on our standard BeTen asset tracker PLUS indoor location, BLE transceiver and a button to force an update (typically to change reporting frequency). It has a smaller battery with a capacity of @ 600 reports -- but is USB rechargeable. The smaller form factor expands the available use cases to include tracking a wider variety of tools and portable equipment (that need the reduced size) as well as shipments. The BeMini's small footprint allows it to be tucked in unobtrusively to keep track of not only the progress of a shipment but also of environmental conditions like temperature and humidity. In some cases, the rechargeable USB capabilities can be tied into powered equipment, in rentals or restoration applications, to provide ongoing tracking where locations to attach tracking devices is limited. Reporting frequency is user-configurable and can be motion and time-based. The system can be programmed to recognize home Wi-Fi access points and automatically report more frequently when the devices travel out of their range and less frequently when in range. Thresholds can be set to alert users when to schedule a recharge of their BeMini.

Adds a rechargeable battery to our BeTen and provides a wiring harness to connect to external power. Provides higher frequency asset tracking where solar recharging is not practical. Can also be used for monitoring equipment run-time for preventative maintenance. Variants of the BeWired can be used to connect to 3rd party sensors to provide remote monitoring

Customer leave behind: A summary marketing document to leave behind with prospects providing an overview of the benefits of BeWhere asset tracking.

Fully baked package: It doesn't get much simpler than this when it comes to Mobile IoT. BeWhere brings a straightforward package that includes an integration into Geotab map and database at no extra cost. Extend the value Geotab brings to clients and prospects by addressing the next frontier of telematics -- non-powered asset tracking

Use the BeWhere BeSol to track your trailers or outdoor equipment (yellow iron, generators, cranes...) efficiently and without the worry of changing the battery. The BeSol is solar-rechargeable, and has an internal battery capacity of 1,200 pings when fully recharged and not seeing any light. Chose motion configuration to track assets that require a more frequent tracking when moving and revert to low reporting when immobile to conserve battery life. Refer to our guides and support to find the ideal mounting location and recommended mounting specifications (screws, double-sided industrial tape...).

BeWhere offers the BeTen to track indoor temperature and humidity of a location. The small device is battery-powered and uses T-mobile Nb-IoT networks to relay on-board sensors readings. Typically, the batteries (that are replaceable) will last 8-10 years at one reading a day. Mount and forget!
