T-Mobile's Partner Program is designed to reward and support all types of partners. As the Un-carrier, our goal is to deliver outstanding experiences to our customers, employees, and partners.

What Indirect models does T-Mobile support?

The T-Mobile for Business Partner Program supports Dealers/Resellers, Solution Providers/VARs, and Master/Distributor models.

Is there an agreement required or join?

Yes, upon approval there is a contractual agreement between the partner and T-Mobile.

What resources are available to partners?

A secure partner portal, onboarding and training materials, marketing assets, sales tools, deal registration, and activation portal are just a few of the resources we provide to partners.

Are partners able to use T-Mobile's logo or branding?

Yes, the partner portal has a marketing section that includes branding and co-branding guidelines as well as approved marketing assets.

Does it cost money to join the program?

No, there are no costs or fees to apply or join the program.

What are the eligibility requirements to join?

A new partner must be an established business with a Federal Tax ID and have a proven distribution model for the products/services/solutions they provide. Full requirements are provided in the application.

How are partners paid?

T-Mobile compensates for sales activities but the process depends on partner type. Some work directly with T-Mobile and others work with a master agent.

What ongoing support is available to partners?

There are several levels of support available to partners including a regional support team that has members all across the country.
